Day 1: Ouarzazate – Skoura (Kasbah Amridil) – Rose Valley – Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga Sahara – Overnight in a luxury camp
We’ll begin our tour by departing from Ouarzazate, the “Gateway to the Sahara.” Our first stop will be the charming oasis town of Skoura, where we’ll visit the Kasbah Amridil, a beautifully preserved 17th-century fortress. Next, we’ll head to the Rose Valley, known for its fragrant roses and picturesque landscapes. From there, we’ll make our way to the Dades Valley, where we’ll explore the stunning canyons and rock formations. After lunch, we’ll continue our journey to the Todra Gorges, where we’ll marvel at the towering cliffs and crystal-clear streams. Our next stop will be Erfoud, a city famous for its fossils and ancient ruins. Finally, we’ll arrive at our luxury camp in the heart of the Merzouga Sahara, where you’ll spend the night under the stars.

Day 2: Explore Merzouga region – Nomads – Khamlia – Merzouga lake – Erg Chebbi – palm grove
After a delicious breakfast at the camp, we’ll set out to explore the breathtaking landscapes of the Merzouga region. We’ll start by visiting the local nomads and learning about their way of life in the desert. Next, we’ll head to the village of Khamlia, where we’ll enjoy traditional Gnawa music and dance. From there, we’ll visit the stunning Merzouga lake, where you can take a dip or simply relax and soak up the tranquil atmosphere. Our next stop will be the Erg Chebbi dunes, where you can experience the thrill of sandboarding or take a camel ride through the desert. Finally, we’ll visit the palm grove, a lush oasis surrounded by towering palm trees. After a full day of adventure, we’ll return to our luxury camp for another unforgettable night in the Sahara.

Day 3: Merzouga Sahara – Draa Valley – Anti Atlas Mountains – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
On the final day of our tour, we’ll bid farewell to the Sahara and begin our journey back to Ouarzazate. On the way, we’ll pass through the stunning Draa Valley, known for its lush vegetation and picturesque villages. From there, we’ll make our way through the Anti Atlas Mountains, where we’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the rugged landscapes. Finally, we’ll arrive back in Ouarzazate, where we’ll say goodbye to the desert and catch our transfer to Marrakech, the “Red City.” With memories of a lifetime in tow, we’ll bid you farewell and hope to see you again soon.
