Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech

Upon arrival at Marrakech airport, you will be met by our friendly team and transferred to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day exploring the city at your leisure, soaking up the vibrant atmosphere of Marrakech’s medina, bustling souks, and impressive landmarks such as the Koutoubia Mosque and Bahia Palace.

Day 2: Marrakech to Essaouira

 

After breakfast, we will head to Essaouira, a picturesque coastal town known for its beautiful beaches, laid-back atmosphere, and charming old town. On arrival, enjoy a guided tour of Essaouira’s highlights, including the historic Skala fortress and the bustling fishing port. Spend the evening strolling along the beach and soaking up the town’s bohemian vibes.

Day 3: Guided Tour of Marrakech

 

After breakfast, return to Marrakech for a full day of sightseeing. Explore the city’s main landmarks, including the ornate Saadian Tombs, the beautiful Majorelle Garden, and the impressive Ben Youssef Madrasa. You’ll also have time to explore the colorful souks and perhaps indulge in some haggling.

Day 4: Marrakech to Ouarzazate via High Atlas Mountains

Today, we’ll leave Marrakech and journey through the High Atlas Mountains, passing through stunning landscapes and traditional Berber villages. Along the way, we’ll stop at the Telouet Kasbah, a stunning fortified palace that once served as the residence of the powerful Glaoui family. Our final destination for the day is the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site that has been featured in many famous movies. We’ll then continue to Ouarzazate, known as the “Gateway to the Sahara.

Day 5: Ouarzazate to Merzouga via Skoura and Dades Valley

After breakfast, we’ll head to Skoura, a beautiful palm oasis dotted with traditional kasbahs, including the impressive Kasbah Amridil. We’ll then continue through the stunning Rose Valley, known for its rose plantations and production of rose water. We’ll then head to the Dades Valley, known for its stunning rock formations and impressive gorges. Our final destination for the day is Merzouga, where we’ll spend the night in a luxury desert camp.

Day 6: Explore Merzouga Region

 

Wake up early to catch the sunrise over the dunes of the Erg Chebbi desert, one of the most stunning landscapes in Morocco. We’ll then visit a nomadic family to learn about their traditional way of life, before continuing to the Khamlia village to enjoy some traditional Gnawa music. We’ll also visit Merzouga Lake and explore the stunning palm grove that surrounds it.

Day 7: Merzouga to Fes via Midelt and Ifrane

 

After breakfast, we’ll head to Erfoud and Midelt, passing through the cedar forests of the Middle Atlas Mountains. We’ll then continue to the charming town of Ifrane, known for its European-style architecture and stunning natural surroundings. Our final destination for the day is Fes, one of Morocco’s most fascinating and culturally rich cities.

Day 8: Guided Tour of Fes

After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of Fes, a UNESCO World Heritage site that is home to some of Morocco’s most impressive landmarks and historical sites. Explore the maze-like medina, with its bustling souks, historic mosques, and stunning architecture. You’ll also visit the famous tanneries, where leather is produced using traditional methods that have remained unchanged for centuries.

Day 9: Fes to Chefchaouen via Meknes and Volubilis

Today, we’ll leave Fes and head to Meknes, a former imperial city that is known for its stunning architecture, bustling markets, and impressive monuments. We’ll then continue to Volubilis, a well-preserved Roman city that offers a glimpse into Morocco’s ancient past. Our final destination for the day is Chefchaouen, a picturesque town nestled in the Rif Mountains known for its blue-painted houses and relaxed atmosphere.
