Your enquiry is free and without obligation. We answer with a quote for your dates, group size and hotels. The quote states the exact price, what is included and the payment terms.
A booking is confirmed when we confirm it in writing and the payment terms in the quote are met.
Days, stops and hotels can be changed before the tour starts, as agreed in your quote.
Cancellation terms are agreed in your quote after the enquiry. We do not publish fixed cancellation terms on this site.
Travel insurance is recommended and is not included in the tour price.
We run the tours with our own drivers and booked hotels and camps. We are not liable for flight delays, weather or events outside our control.
